Attendance Module
The !Trak-It Attendance Module can be used stand-alone or as an integral part of !Trak-It's Human Resource Software System. It can also be used in conjunction with timeclocks. It is designed to meet all your attendance tracking needs by offering complete flexibility in handling all types of employee time off. !Trak-It Attendance saves hours of manually accruing vacations and other time off. !Trak-It Attendance provides fast, accurate calculations and powerful reporting to help you keep both management and employees well informed about the current status for attendance and available time off.
Extremely Flexible to Manage Any Plan
The !Trak-It Attendance option tracks time off for vacation, illness, and personal time using hours as the time off accrual unit. Each employee can have an unlimited number of plans using different seniority, accrual rates, and carryover rules. !Trak-It Attendance tracks incident-based time off such as bereavement, jury duty, medical leaves, and other leaves of absence.
!Trak-It Attendance tracks both time off allowed and actual days used or taken. Each attendance plan does separate date-sensitive accounting. Choose Longevity accrual to accrue time on a daily basis. Choose the Lump Sum calculation method to award a lump sum at the beginning of a year, quarter, month, or week. Or choose Hours Worked to have available time off automatically awarded based on the number of hours worked. With !Trak-It Attendance you can batch add holiday or other time off to a department, division, or the whole company with one transaction entry.
Reports on Demand
With !Trak-It Attendance, our reports can give employees an instant, year-to-date snapshot of their attendance and vacation status. Other reports provide management with an analysis of absences to quickly detect attendance problems or abuses. There is even a report that helps you recognize employees with perfect attendance. As with any !Trak-It Solutions product, you can customize nearly all of our standard Attendance reports with a simple click on the Customize button.
Simplify Tracking for FMLA and All Leaves of Absence
!Trak-It Attendance tracks FMLA leave information required by law. You can also track medical certification and re-certification for medical leave as well as charge the time taken as vacation or illness, based on your policies.
Integration with Time and Attendance Systems
When used with a time and attendance system, attendance transactions can be passed directly from the time keeping system to !Trak-It Attendance at the end of a pay period. This allows for automated updating of accruals, eliminating manual data entry.
Time Clock Interfaces
Computer based Time and Attendance Systems improve management of labor information by eliminating timecard preparation, calculation, and distribution. The time clock system reduces time necessary to prepare data for payroll and eliminates errors associated with manual processing. It collects employee time, calculates hours worked, and creates a payroll file. Most time clock software is designed for ease of use with simple pull-down menus and on-line help to allow the user to quickly and efficiently process pay information with a minimum of effort. Because of its straightforward design, the learning curve on the product is minimal.
Easy Setup in !Trak-It HR
!Trak-It HR was designed with a built-in interface to time clocks. The pay tab of the HR Job screen has10 fields dedicated to setting up the badge number and other time system parameters associated with an on-line time and attendance system. Once entered into !Trak-It HR, the data can either be read directly by time clock systems or exported into an ASCII file for import into other clock systems.
Uses PC or Badge-Based Time Clock Terminals
Time clock software works directly with your PC or badge-based time clock terminals to collect time and attendance transactions and pass them to host software. It consolidates the transactions and applies your company’s specific employment policies. The end result is a summary file ready for a payroll system or payroll service.
