Attendance Tracking
!Trak-It HR's Attendance Module is designed to save you countless hours of tracking, accumulating and summarizing employee absences including FMLA time off. Vacation, sick leave, and personal time accruals are instantly calculated. Any kind of absence can be tracked such as comp time and jury duty. The accompanying reports help spot and monitor problem employees and problem departments. (Attendance Tracking is also available as a stand-alone system.)
 
Benefit Administration
!Trak-It HR provides a comprehensive "cafeteria style" benefit administration facility so each employee can have an unlimited number of benefits. The benefit date range and associated costs for both the employer and the employee are individually tracked by the benefit.
 
COBRA
When an employee is terminated, !Trak-It HR handles the required Federal Government COBRA Benefits Administration for both the terminated employee and their dependents. Our HR system will produce notification letters, billing statements, mailing labels, recipient report, dependent list, and cost reports.
 
EEO, I-9, Vets-100, and OSHA
!Trak-It HR instantly provides the required Federal Government EEO-1,EEO-4, OSHA, and Vets-100 reports. I-9 Citizenship Verification tracking is also included. Our HR software contains pre-loaded standard reports for EEO, COBRA, OSHA, and Vets-100.
 
Grievance Tracking
This comprehensive option tracks complaints, discipline, disputes and grievances. It keeps the details of all actions and includes a "tickler" system so you don’t miss a critical date. (Grievance Tracking is also available as an HRIS option or as a stand-alone system.)
 
Time Clock Interfaces
!Trak-It HR also interfaces to time clock systems. It keeps track of most of the settings needed to set up a new employee in a time card system. Contact us for a list of current time clock interfaces or specific details.
 
Follow-Up Note Reminders
With the fast pace in most HR departments there is always a chance that something will fall through the cracks. With !Trak-It HR all you need to do to have peace of mind is to enter a Follow-Up date on the employee's note screen. When that date arrives you will be reminded when you log in about each employee that needs your attention, and it will stay on the list until you specifically clear it. This reminder feature will generate Grievance reminders. There is a special button that only appears for users with Administrator privileges that allows Administrators to see all notes that are due for follow-up.
 
Report Scheduling
In many organizations there are routine reports that need to be generated on a regular basis. Using the !Trak-It HR report scheduler, you can schedule an unlimited number of Custom Reports with varying frequencies from daily to yearly. Much like the above follow-up reminders, when you log into HR it checks to see if you have any scheduled reports to run. If you do, you can choose to run them now or defer them till later.
 
Over 270 Categorized Standard Reports (Most can be easily customized)
!Trak-It HR's Standard Reports are extremely easy to use. The HRMS reports are divided into categories and once a report is chosen, the filter or selection criteria is specified via a pick list. The next screen that appears provides the selection of the output: to a screen preview, your printer or a to a file. Files can be simple text or compatible with other products such as Excel or Word Perfect.

Included with !Trak-It HR's Standard Reports, is a powerful built-in Report Writer that allows you to design reports to cater to specific needs of your company. You can sort and select records, include headings, subheadings, subtotals, and grand totals, as well as calculated columns. The report writer allows an unlimited number of custom designs using various filters that add the precise data you request. You can create new reports, or feel free to customize our Standard Reports and edit as you wish. There is also a letter generator that allows you to create an unlimited number of form letters. Mailing labels can also be produced for each letter. All of this detail is included in the Report Writer for you to create your own reports with the information you need.

Report Scheduler
Our Report Writer also includes a Report Scheduler that makes sure certain reports are run on a regular basis. With a few clicks you can choose any custom report or series of reports and easily schedule them to be run daily, weekly, monthly or whenever you wish. When the scheduled date arrives you are reminded of the list of reports to run immediately after you log into !Trak-It HR.
The extra-cost Multi-User Network option allows multiple users, each from their own workstation, to share the common !Trak-It HRIS databases and reports. It is intended for companies where several employees need simultaneous access to the employee data. As soon as you've purchased the software, you are free to load the software on an unlimited number of user workstations. This HRIS option also requires a Windows network.
