The Conscientious Employee Protection Act, also know as the “Whistleblower Act” in New Jersey protects employees who file complaints against employers for a number of reasons. These include complaints with the EEOC on sexual harassment, discrimination, and other violations of federal or state regulations. Complaints regarding violations of EPA regulations and federal or state law are also covered. New Jersey employers are required by law to display this poster in both English and Spanish.
