Connie has over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Connie has been a board member with Sacramento Employers Advisory Council (SEAC) providing labor law advice to business owners and HR professionals. She obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2004 from Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
As a specialist in Organizational Management, Connie cares deeply for the well being of organizations and their employees. She specializes in employee relations and training seminars that increase employee’s awareness and build practical skills to effectively manage the diverse complexity of the workforce and views.
Connie successfully works with executive teams as well as all levels of employees. Her skill in creating environments where people are willing to learn to do things differently and effectively contributes to the successful outcomes her clients achievement and the business results they produce.
Connie earned her Masters Degree in Organizational Management from UOP. She also holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Berkeley, California
