I have also provided training seminars on labor law issues, dealing with difficult employees, sexual harassment training, management training and Leave of Absence requirements for various organizations in Northern California.
Michael graduated from University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business Management and he is the owner/president of HR Allen Consulting Services. Which is a full-service HR Consulting and Outsourcing firm located in Citrus Heights, CA. I am a past board member for Sacramento Employers Advisory Council (SEAC) which provides HR advice to business owners and HR professionals, and is a member with Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and Sacramento Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA).
