Sexual harassment is bad business. Job turnover, absenteeism, low morale, reduced productivity, and costly litigation – these result when there is sexual harassment in the workplace, and that’s only part of the problem. Sexual harassment takes a heavy toll in psychological stress and general health.

In accordance with California's law mandating sexual harassment prevention training for supervisors, the seminar provides:
- Information and practical guidance regarding the federal and state statutory
provisions concerning the prohibition against and the prevention of sexual
harassment;
- Information about correction of sexual harassment and the remedies available
to victims of sexual harassment in employment;
- Practical examples aimed at instructing supervisors in the prevention of
harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
This class uses an interactive, behavior-based approach and dynamic speakers to convey the most up-to-date information available about sexual harassment prevention. Managers will come away from the program with the tools necessary to prevent harassment in the workplace and with a clear understanding of the consequences for violating company policy as well as the law.
